- We do not make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we would ever want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this, as in our pages INSIGHTS and CONTACT US. Our website is powered by Weebly and it collects some aggregate information on pages visited with no granularity on individual visits. Weebly privacy policy can be found here.
- Data may be collected to send us email through the website and/or apply to our curated magazine BOARDMATTERS. We request your consent to keep this information. We also provide the posibility to unsubscribe and have all consented information in our registers be eliminated.
- We use a third party provider, Flipboard, to host our curated magazine BOARDMATTERS . We do not extract individual data from Flipboard other than statistics which are provided aggregately by the application. Flipboard privacy policy can be found here.
- When someone visits our website two third party service, Google Analytics and Leadfeeder, collects standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. - We hold a company profile at Linkedin. Linkedin may provide information on who has access our profile but we do not make any active use of this fact. Linkedin privacy policy can be found here.
- If you call us in the phone line indicated on our website, the calling line identifcation (CLI) may be recorded for a perior of time in the phone where the call is received, but we do not actively register nor record it.
- Where enquiries are submitted to us we will only use the information supplied to us to deal with the enquiry and any subsequent follow-ons.
- We have to hold the details of the people who have requested the service in order to provide it. However, we only use these details to provide the service the person has requested and for other closely related purposes. For example, we might use information about people who have requested a publication to carry out a survey to find out if they are happy with the level of service they received. When people do subscribe to our services, they can cancel their subscription at any time and are given an easy way of doing this.
- At the moment Weebly automatically registers information contains IP address from where the information was entered. Depending on the service provider of the person agreeing to the information, this could be and IP dynamic or static address. We do not use this IP address in any way nor process it. Because it is stored by Weebly we have not any control on this happening at the moment. Weebly has declared it will comply with GDPR provisions though. - We will not share any of the information you provide to us with any third parties.
- We do not collect more information than we need to fulfil our stated purposes and will not retain it for longer than is necessary.
